I honestly don't know if depressed at a rock concert is better or worse than depressed in bed anymore.
It's a change and even if it is overwhelming, you tried something else. And depression is only going to become more manageable and in the long run easier if you change. Your way of seeing things, of treating yourself, of accepting and forgiving and reward yourself.
If you enjoyed the music at least a little bit at some point, it's a win. And who doesn't love feeling the bass in your stomach 🤩
